Holding the centre of an ever-evolving conversation

Starting as Cielo’s lead PR agency in 2018, first tasked with raising its profile across EMEA, we designed a broad communications plan based on using Cielo’s expertise to create content that caught attention.

We profiled Cielo’s experts and products across its target sectors, keeping its thought leaders at the heart of conversations about finding, keeping and growing talent. Every year we’ve examined our results, taken learnings and refined our strategy.

In the first three months of working on the new strategy for 2023, we secured coverage with national media and sector-specific press with a combined reach of over 24 million.

A platform for progress

In the first half of 2023 alone, we’ve created the space for Cielo experts to lead discussions on hot button talent topics including burnout; neurodiversity; diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B)AI, workplace conflicts and support for parents and caregivers. And they’ve taken deep dives on issues affecting  manufacturing, life sciences and tech.

As Cielo’s research partner we also developed ideas for insightful whitepapers, focusing on the areas where Cielo could drive conversations, like the future of work and how to plan for the workforce of the future. We researched, produced and launched the report internationally across multiple channels.
