Nationwide chain Access Self Storage provides high-quality, low-cost storage to individuals and businesses at over 60 locations. In addition to storage, it also offers business services including office space rental, business storage and mailbox services, to differentiate it in a competitive market.
The team at Access reached out to us to improve their organic search performance and decrease their cost per lead. They wanted to identify the keywords that people who need storage were using and modify the pages for each store to rank higher. Our SEO agency team developed a bespoke strategy designed to leverage the company’s broad base of stores across the country.
We conducted intensive keyword research to identify over 400 keywords that led customers to the Access site. With these keywords in hand, we also made major changes to the site, including metadata optimisation, creating local landing page copy focussed on store location and vicinities, and creating fresh content for the blog based on the affiliate interests of converting customers. The team also optimised the horizontal and vertical internal linking structure and assisted Access with website migration planning and management.
