Definition’s expert team undertook a full site audit and a comprehensive keyword research project to identify the main solution and industry-related search terms found in the MDM, data governance and data integration spaces.

A multilingual bottom of funnel content programme was established with a focus on experience, expertise and trust signals including structured data, research and authorship alongside an automated, optimised internal linking system.


Keyword rankings rocketed (Definition registered a 1,956% increase in organic impressions for ‘master data management software’) and website traffic increased markedly, with organic impressions up by 124% year on year. Most importantly, Definition achieved a massive 304% increase in MQLs and 383% increase in organic search SQLs.
