​ISMS.online is a SaaS business in the information security, privacy, and compliance sector. It serves thousands of customers from all over the world, ranging from larger enterprises looking to improve their information management systems, through to small businesses aiming to achieve standards like ISO 27001 for the first time. ISMS.online works across the globe and has a customer in every time zone.

Definition started working with ISMS.online in October 2022 and has grown ISMS.online’s presence within the information security and cyber security press. Since the start of the relationship, the team has secured widespread coverage across the UK’s technology and business media landscape, with publications including Computer Weekly, Information Age, and CSO Online.

As well as an ongoing press office, Definition was commissioned to create the new inaugural ISMS.online whitepaper: The State of Information Security Report, which examines the breadth and complexity of information security and data privacy challenges facing businesses. Working alongside a research partner, Definition surveyed 500 C-suite level information security professionals across six key industry verticals. The report provided insights on everything from the regulatory compliance challenges, fines and approaches that businesses face, to key insights on people, budgets, and investment in cyber security.

As well as helping to generate important media coverage, the report provides ISMS.online with useful material for sales and internal communications activities.
